Bruce Cohen (00:05) So we've been in practice since about 1987, so it's about 33 years. Primarily cataract surgery and refractive surgery, but we really have a more of a comprehensive ophthalmology practice where we do lots of eye exams, lots of glaucoma management, and we have specialty evaluations for people with cataract problems and basic interests. Kathryn Noonan (00:25) We have a top notch staff, and we treat every patient as personal as we can, as far as what they need vision-wise. Many patients come to me as a new patient because they've been referred to someone who's been here and have been told that we are honest and upfront with the patient, telling them exactly what would be the best solution for them, rather than to try to sell or convince them of something that they may or may not need. Nancy Buchser (00:51) So the great thing about this practice is that all three of us doctors are great at covering all the general problems that a patient might walk in with. So for the patient's point of view, that's wonderful, because there's always one of us available in the office if they have a problem. Bruce Cohen (01:07) You come to see us because we're very friendly, we're very kind, very approachable, and we do a very excellent job at your eye evaluation and decide what's the best thing for you. Nancy Buchser (01:19) When you come for an appointment, you should know that you are getting complete care. I won't let you leave the office until we've looked at your eye in detail, explained to you what's going on, and reassured you how we can help you see better or optimize the vision. Bruce Cohen (01:39) So we do have an optical shop that's included within our office, and that's very helpful for people who are traveling a long way and want to take care of everything in one place. And Peggy, our optician, is very good at making sure the progressive lenses fit perfectly, managed perfectly. She's great at helping people select their frames, and it really helps take care of the whole eye examination experience. Kathryn Noonan (01:59) We see so many families, and I've been here for almost 20 years. I see parents, and then kids are the parents, and now those kids are having families, and hopefully, they'll bring their children here. Nancy Buchser (02:12) I love what I do. I enjoy meeting patients. I enjoy seeing them improve their vision. I enjoy following them over time to get to know them. And basically, the best way of protecting your vision is to have regular follow-up visits, early diagnosis and treatment, and I'm available for them at any point along that road.
